How We’ll Plan Your Wedding
Planning your wedding with us is simple, seamless, and stress-free. We’ll take the reins, guiding you through the entire journey while keeping every detail in hand. On average, we dedicate around 300 hours to our couples, managing everything from supplier briefings to contract reviews.
All supplier contracts will be carefully reviewed and securely stored in your complimentary wedding planning portal, accessible to you anytime.

Our Process
1. Discovery Call
Let’s start with a no-obligation Zoom call to get to know each other. This is the perfect chance to see if we’re the right fit. We’ll chat about your budget, dreams, and any challenges you’re facing in planning your wedding. After our call, I’ll send you a proposal, along with our terms and booking contract. Bring your questions—this is your time to ask anything you need to feel confident moving forward.

2. Initial Planning Meeting
Once you’re booked in, we’ll schedule our first meeting to dive deep into your vision, priorities, and must-haves. This is where you can share all your ideas, from themes and styling preferences to those special touches you’ve been dreaming of. Got a Pinterest board? Share away—it’s a great place to start!

3. Venue Visit
If you’ve chosen your venue, we’ll arrange a visit together to meet the venue manager and explore the space. This step helps us visualise your day and see how your vision can come to life in the setting.

4. Design Discovery
To capture your unique style and personality, I’ll send you my Seasonal Personality Questionnaire. It’s a fun and visual tool designed to uncover what you love and who you are. Don’t stress—this is just for me to get to know you better, and it’s always a favourite step!

​5. Mood Board Creation
Using everything we’ve discussed, I’ll create a bespoke mood board that captures your colour palette, style, and overall aesthetic. Once you approve it, the mood board will guide all creative elements and supplier briefings—from florists and stationers to props and tableware.

6. Vendor Recommendations & Bookings
With the mood board finalised, I’ll introduce you to a stellar team of vendors handpicked to match your vision and values. From stationery designers to photographers and florists, I’ll ensure every recommendation fits seamlessly. I also prioritise sustainability, focusing on sourcing as locally as possible. Once you’re happy, I’ll handle the bookings and ensure everything is aligned perfectly.

7. Your Wedding Planning Timeline
Behind the scenes, I’ll set up your personalised wedding planning portal on Aisle Planner. This will house your customised timeline, vendor bookings, invoices, payment schedules, and design details like layouts and tablescapes. Once the key vendors are booked, you’ll gain full access to the portal, and we’ll use it to stay organised, communicate updates, and track progress. You’ll also receive reminders and tasks to keep everything on schedule.
